    Resending New User Email

    Learn how to successfully resend the new user email and improve user onboarding experience in just a few easy steps

    Sometimes learners will not receive their user email from Practicode. This is usually due to security settings or it went to junk or spam.

    Practicode 2.0 - Resend New User Email

    This process will resend the users new user email that includes their username and password for the platform.



    1. Log into your admin account in Practicode 2.0. URL: https://practicode.aapc.com/

    2. Click "Admin"

    3. Click "Users"

    4. Click "Users" from drop down menu

    5. To search for a user account in the Search field: Enter users PHX#, name (partial or full), or email address. For example: Type "Shelly [[enter]]"

    Tip! If their member # doesn't pull up the account with the leading zero try looking it up without the zero(s).

    6. Once you find the desired user, Click the "Edit" (pencil) icon.

    7. Next to the Password field, Click the button labeled "Send Password Email"

    8. Click "Ok" on the confirmation pop-up

    9. Click "Ok" again

    10. The email looks like this to the learner.
