    Fee Schedules

    Quickly find the Medicare fee schedule for CPT® and HCPCS Level II codes. This tool helps to determine the reimbursement rates for medical procedures and services based on the specific codes used.

    1. Click on the Fee Schedules under the 'Coding Tools' Tab

    2. Enter the CPT® or HCPCS Level II code          
     

    3. Select the year and the quarter           
     

    4. Click Calculate

    5. You can adjust the Medicare Carrier/Locality           
     

    6. Click Calculate

    7. Provides fees based on the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS), Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetics/Orthotics & Supplies (DMEPOS), and Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLAB). 

    Results Include:   

    • National and local Facility and Non Facility fee schedules
    • RVUs for Facility and Non Facility
    • Professional component and technical component fee schedules for applicable codes
    • Global percentage splits for applicable codes
    • Global days
    • Indicator for endoscopic base codes
    • Medically Unlikely Edits
    • Modifier allowances and guideline explanations
